Wishart Gallery is delighted to present Jeff Raglus and Vicki Gaye Philipp, playing live in the garden. Victoriana Gaye have performed nationally and internationally, and are currently working on their fourth album. They describe their sound as soft-core-prog.

Some of the comparisons that have been made to other bands inlude;
‘ Patti Smith meets The Seekers’...
‘Herb Alpert meets the B52’s’
and our favorite,
‘ Tori Amos meets Benny Hill’.

The evening will commence with a very special event - a smoking ceremony and Welcome to Country by Rob Lowe, a Peek-Whuruung elder and contributor to the 'Port Fairy Ghost Stories' book.

A Q&A session will follow with Rob Lowe and members of the Port Fairy Ghost Stories Inc. Committee.

Then a story-telling session where everyone is welcome to share their personal experiences of ghostly encounters. A prize will be awarded to the story judged the best on the night by the audience.

Admission is free. Drinks and a menu of mouth watering stone-fired pizzas are available from 5 pm at the Captain Wishart Bar.

A relaxed Sunday sesh in the Wishart garden with Queensland dub reggae group Dubarray.

Wishart Gallery has had a Spring Clean and will be auctioning several contemporary Australian artworks, and a number of antique items.

Joining us in the Wishart Garden for the evening is virtuoso Jazz guitarist, Stephen Fewell. The Captain Wishart bar will be open, and our stone-fired pizzas will be served from 6pm.

Infamous artist, Glenn Morgan, will be conducting the Auction; it's not only a chance to get yourself a bargain, but Glenn will be sure to make it an entertaining event as well.

Among the items to go under the hammer will be an etching by David Frazer, a linoprint by Jazmina Cininas, oil paintings by Gareth Colliton and a mezzotint by Graeme Peebles.
