Who wants to do an Art Resin Workshop just in time for Christmas?
Depending on interest, I will be running an Art Resin Pour workshop on the 2nd December weekend, using lots of gold epoxy and glitter and you will take home heaps of stuff you have poured yourself.

Theme: We will be pouring eight Christmas ornaments, a large serving platter and two keyrings to take home once dry
Learn how to create stunning and unique pieces of resin art through my exciting resin workshop. My workshop covers a range of techniques and projects, and are designed for both beginners and experienced artists alike. This workshop os focused on learning to use silicone moulds and to pouring on a timber tray to design your own pieces.
During my resin art workshop, you will be introduced to the fascinating world of epoxy resin and how to create beautiful pieces of art using this versatile material. You will learn the basics of working with resin, including mixing, pouring, and color techniques, and gain the skills and confidence needed to create your own stunning resin art pieces. During this workshop, you will learn how to pour on a personalized timber board chosen from a couple of different types, which can be used as a serving tray, cheese board, or decorative piece, eight Christmas ornament moulds that you can personalised to suit your platter ot Christmas colours and a huge choice of moulds to choose from for your keyrings which will be finished off with rings and tassels to match.
I have a huge range of colours and glitters to choose from so your choices will be a true reflection of your personality!

Use of our tools and equipment
At the end of this workshop, you should understand the basic principles of casting resin into silicone moulds, as well as the technique of pouring over a timber platter. Class sizes are kept small so that you enjoy hands-on assistance while you learn and create.
Our workshops are all about creativity and you will enjoy new and old friends, laugh with each other as you try and contain the spills and simply enjoy some time out for yourself and have a fabulous fun filled festival weekend..
Knowledge required
No previous experience or skills required. All that you need is an open mind and a sense of adventure! This workshop is not recommended for pregnant women or children under the age of 16 as chemicals are used.
What to bring
Everything you need will be provided including an apron to wear during the workshop and masks for fumes – it can get a bit messy so don’t dress to impress, if you get resin on your clothes or shoes it won’t wash off.
Your artwork will need at least 24 hours to dry, you will be able to collect your pieces the following week on Wed or Thursday when the gallery is open again. Postage can be arranged at additional cost for those travelling from far away.
