Shipping & Returns
Wishart Gallery & Art Studio want you to enjoy your newly purchased artwork so our Artists take extra care with packaging to ensure that your piece arrives safe and sound. All of our Artwork is carefully packaged using bubble wrap and sandwiched with cardboard and paper to prevent imprints. The cardboard carton is then plastered with lots of fragile tape to make the delivery person aware and encourage careful handling. Each shipment is insured and will require a signature to confirm goods have been received and in good order.
Choosing beautiful Artwork for your walls can take some time so please, take the time to choose carefully.
All Artwork is shipped by the artist concerned directly to you, either personally by the artist or using professional and insured carriers.
All artists who sell through https://www.wishartgallery.com.au agree to abide by these money-back guarantee provisions. For your protection, money you have paid is held by Wishart Gallery and Art Studio in trust until the money back period (7 days) has expired.
In the unlikely event that you are not fully satisfied with your purchase and would like to return it for a refund please email us at https://wishartgallery.com.au within 7 days of delivery/attempted delivery of your artwork, stating your reason for wishing to return the artwork. We will provide a return address and ask that you organize return shipment within 3 days. We will refund your purchase after the artist has received and checked the item. We will do everything we can to process refunds quickly, but please allow up to 10 working days.
Note: If no return request has been made via email within 7 days of delivery the artist will be paid on the 8th day and no further claim will be accepted.
When you notify us of a return (within 7 days), we do not release payment to the artist concerned until satisfactory resolution of your particular claim.
Wishart Gallery and Art Studio will only refund money into the account from which the purchase was originally made. We will notify you by email that the refund has been made.
Whilst Wishart Gallery and Art Studio will endeavour to resolve any dispute arising between you and the artist who created the work that you have purchased online, we have no obligation to actually settle that dispute if it continues.
The Artwork to be returned must be packaged in the original packaging or equal to, and arrive back to the Artist undamaged.
Shipping fees are not refundable and return shipping fees is at buyers cost.
What is covered
The Artwork you receive differs materially from its photograph/s on our website.
The photograph on our website clearly misrepresents the Artwork you have received.
The Artwork you receive is significantly different in size and/or weight from that published on our website. Note that published overall sizes of framed works are approximate.
Delivery of an incorrect Artwork, i.e. Artwork that you did not order.
What is not covered
This guarantee does not cover you changing your mind.
Minor differences in colour between the item’s photograph on our website and what you actually receive. Because of the inherent limitations of computer screens and whatever equipment was used to take the photograph, we cannot guarantee accurate representation of colours
Damage incurred through faulty or inadequate return packaging.
What is refunded
We refund the full purchase price of the item providing it is returned safely and undamaged, less freight costs where they have been separately specified.
What is not refunded
Return freight costs.
Return packaging costs.
If Artwork arrives damaged, please take photos for proof of damaged packaging before opening. Then take photos of actual damage and Email to: https://www.wishartgallery.com.au
The information you send will be forwarded to the Artists for insurance consideration.
